Anson, Sandee Elizabeth

Rhinebeck – Sandee Elizabeth Anson, 18, passed away Friday, January 6, 2012, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Sandee was a senior at Rhinebeck High School. She was a member of the American Sign Language Club in Kingston, and had been an acolyte at the Red Hook United Methodist Church.

Sandee enjoyed many things in life including professional wrestling, horses, fishing, bowling, music, and her dogs Sampson, Jack and Daisy.

She was born March 26, 1993 in Poughkeepsie to Michael M. and Christine M. (Polotaye) of Rhinebeck

Sandee is also survived by her sister Krystel M. Anson of Rhinebeck; her maternal grandparents Judy and Raymond Polotaye of Rhinebeck; her boyfriend David Lane; Aunts and Uncles, Karen Roush, and her children Matthew and Makenzie Roush; Karen Anson, Raymond and Theresa Anson, and Colleen Lovelace; Great Aunts and Uncle Robert and Sandee Polotaye, Deborah Lamb and Barbara Lamb; and several cousins.

She was predeceased by a sister Rebecka Lynn, paternal grandparents Raymond and Marion Anson, and an Uncle David Lovelace.

Calling hours are Monday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market ST., Rhinebeck. Funeral services are Tuesday, 10 AM, at the Red Hook United Methodist Church, 4 Church St., Red Hook. Interment will be in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Poughkeepsie.
