Haupin, Jack F

Germantown, NY – Jack F. Haupin, 52, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY.

He was born on September 24, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Doris Palmer of Cleveland, OH.

Jack was the maintenance mechanic for the Rhinebeck Central Schools.

He loved his motorcycle and playing on his computer. Enjoyed reading fiction books, and the Cleveland Indians Baseball Team.

On April 26, 1991 in Clermont, NY he married Mary B. (Wolven) Haupin. She survives him at home.

In addition to his mother and beloved wife Mary of Germantown, survivors include four sons, Joseph Spevik of Cleveland; Joshua Mack of East Durham, Luke Mack of Livingston, Daniel Mack of Germantown, a daughter, Vanessa Wilcox of Cleveland, NC; a brother, Edward Haupin of Cleveland, OH; two sisters, Marylou Slimak and Linda Bagley both of Cleveland, OH;

Calling hours are Friday, July 11, from 3 to 6 pm, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 West Market St. Rhinebeck.

Funeral service and burial are private.
