Kleinhomer, William G.

Staatsburg, NY – William G. Kleinhomer, 75, passed January 30, 2008 in Brooksville, Florida.

Born September 14, l932 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Virginia (Rhynhart) and William Kleinhomer

A graduate of Erasmus High School in 1950, he served in the US Navy from 1952 to 1956.

He matriculated from SUNY at Albany with a M.S. in Education and taught at Pine Plains High School, Albany Business College, and Dutchess Community College, retiring in 1988.

On September 1, 1956 he married to Jean Winchester.

He is survived by his wife Jean, a son Kevin, and his wife Deborah in Michigan, a daughter Karen Osika in Pennsylvania, two granddaughters, Katherine and Megan Osika, two step-grandsons Aaron and Trevor Garrison, a sister Susan, and her husband William, in Montana.

Calling hours are Friday, May 2, 11 to 1 PM, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market St. Rhinebeck. Funeral services are 1 PM followed by burial in South Amenia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Masonic Research for Heart, Masonic Medical Research Laboratory
