Selma Friedman

Rhinebeck – Selma Friedman, 94, of Rhinebeck, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at the Baptist Home, Rhinebeck. 

Born September 2, 1922 in New York City, she was the daughter of Phillip and Betty (Brenner) Kornberg.

She was predeceased on November 2, 2012 by her husband Irving Friedman.

Mrs. Friedman is survived by her loving children, Robert, Joan and Donna; and her eight cherished grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Calling hours are Wednesday, August 8, 2017, 5:30 to 8:30 PM, at the  Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market ST., Rhinebeck. The family will gather at the funeral home 10 AM, Thursday, August 9, 2017, and the funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM.  The procession to Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery will begin at 11 AM.
