Poughkeepsie - Richard Struthers, 91, passed away Monday, January 25, 2010, at the Pines Nursing Home, Poughkeepsie.
Mr. Struthers was a former resident of LaGrangeville and had worked as a Manger for Western Printing, Poughkeepsie. He was a member of the American Legion.
Born October 27, 1919 in Revere, MA, he was the son of Henry P. and Rosella F. (Nolan) Struthers.
His wife Adele M. (Scutt) Struthers, passed away January 3, 2007.
Mr. Sturthers is survived by a grandson Jeffrey; a granddaughter Stephanie; two great grandchildren Tammy and Theo; and many nieces, nepews, great nieces and great nephews.
He was predeceased by two sons James and Stephen.
Funeral services are Friday, 10 AM, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market St., Rhinebeck. Rev. Thomas Hartley of the Clinton Alliance Church will officiate. Interment will be in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, Millbrook.
