Bernadette Hill

It is with sadness that the family of Bernadette Hill announce her passing on March 9th, 2026, in Florida. She was 81. Predeceased by her parents Rita Fuller and Robert Stevens, her son Harry Fox and husband Derrick Hill, she will be missed.

Her family also extends to her daughter Rita Laracy, stepdaughter Leslie Hill and stepson Colin Hill. Along with grandson Chad Hamilton and great grandchildren Charles and Savannah Hamilton.

Bernadette was a long-time resident of Rhinebeck, NY and eventually moved to Alabama where the family now resides. She was a force of life with a ready ear, a fixture at one of the most popular local restaurants for almost two decades; thus making it safe to say that she knew just about everyone in Rhinebeck, and they knew her.

A celebration of life will take place at the Beekman Arms, Rhinebeck, NY on April 23rd, 2026, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
