Eunice P. Long, 80, a lifelong Rhinebeck resident, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2019, at the Baptist Home.
Eunice was born February 5, 1938 in Rhinebeck; she was the daughter of William E. and Laura (Simmons) Wager.
Her husband Alfred A. Long, Jr., whom she married May 7, 1960 in Rhinebeck, passed away February 24, 2004.
Eunice is survived by her son David Long of Rhinebeck; brother Russell Wager of Red Hook; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two sisters Phyllis Schad and Vivian Rifenburg; and three brothers William, Donald and David Wager.
Calling hours are Tuesday February 5th, 4:00 to 7:00 PM, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market St., Rhinebeck. Funeral services are Wednesday, 10:00 AM, at the Funeral Home. Rev. Luis Perez of the Reformed Church of Rhinebeck will officiate. Burial will be in Rhinebeck Cemetery.
