Judith Anne Nussbaum

Rhinebeck – Judith Anne Nussbaum, 84, a longtime resident of Rhinebeck, passed away on September 14, 2023 at Archcare at Ferncliff Nursing Home.

Born on April 21, 1939 in Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Florence Bedell.

Judith worked as an RN for Archcare at Ferncliff Nursing Homes for over 35 years, making many friends along the way.

Judith was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, Robert Nussbaum, in 2022.

She is survived by cousins Barrie Simpson and her son Brian Simpson and his wife Brenda; nieces Marilyn Van Fleet and her husband Matthew, Alice Maestri and her husband Aaron; a nephew Carl Nussbaum and his wife Kathy as well as several grand nieces and nephews. Also surviving is sister-in-law Valerie Ann Ryan and very close friends Lonnie Kulick and Kathy Jokanis.

There are no calling hours.

Judith will be laid to rest next to her husband Robert at the Rhinebeck Cemetery on Friday September 22, 2023 at 11:15 AM.
