Patricia Ann Boyce

“Pat” was born in Hudson, NY April 29, 1935. Her parents Charles A. Ford, and Orvilla D. Ford (nee Oudt) traveled along the Hudson and Mohawk Rivers for his work with New York Central Railroad throughout most of Pat’s formative years. She attended many schools throughout her school life and graduated from Utica Free Academy in 1952. She married Arthur Locke Jr. in 1954 upon his honorable discharge from the United States Air Force and resettled in the Rhinecliff area. They subsequently raised two sons.

Pat is predeceased by her husband Edgar Boyce and her parents Charles and Orvilla Ford.

She leaves to cherish her memory her two sons, Arthur Ray (Eileen) Locke III, Charles P. “Chuck” Locke, and Anne Marie Locke. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Ricky L. (Alice) Boyce, Terry L. Boyce, Scott C. Boyce, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service of remembrance will be held on October 9, 2024, at 11:00am, at the Rhinebeck Reformed Church, 6368 Mill Street Rhinebeck, NY 12572. For those who wish to offer condolences, please arrive at 10:00am. A reception will follow the service.
