Teresa Breslin

Teresa “Terry” Breslin, 65, a resident of Rhinebeck, passed away on May 22, 2023.

Born in Dayton, Ohio on October 20, 1957, she was the daughter of the late William and Norma (Kraft) Breslin.

Terry attended Nyack College and moved from Long Island to Rhinebeck in the 1980s where she ran the family-owned liquor store Park Plaza Liquors. She went on to own the store and had many fulfilling years of proprietorship.

Terry was an old soul, out of place in a modern world. She loved living simply while enjoying the news of the day with her customers.

Terry was predeceased by her husband Athelstan Lewis in 2019.

She is survived by her brother Sean Breslin of Alger, Ohio as well as her niece Emily (Justin) and her nephew Brian (Kaya). She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

There are no calling hours.

Services are at the convenience of the family.
