Timothy Thompson, 58, a former resident of Rhinebeck and current resident of Milan, NY, passed away at Westchester Medical Center on January 20, 2021.
Tim was a graduate of Rhinebeck High School and worked for many years as the manager of Rhinebeck Deli, part time at Griff's Deli, and for the last 20 years at Bard College.
He is survived by his wife Christine (Clarke) Thompson, two daughters Alyssa Thompson and Olivia Thompson, his son Zackary Thompson; and the granddaughter he loved and adored Ava. He is also survived by his Mother Marsha (Smith) Thompson, two sisters, Laura Thompson and Jennifer Fletcher, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father Norman Thompson, his step son Andrew M. Clarke, and his sister Theresa Beischel.
Visitation will be Sunday, January 24th, 2:00 to 4:00 PM, at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the family will not be greeting visitors during the calling time. Calling hours will be viewable on the Dapson Chestney Funeral Home Facebook page. Private Burial will be at the Milan Union Cemetery.
