Tivoli – William J. DuBois, 51, passed away suddenly March 10, 2018 at the Northern Dutchess Hospital.
Bill was a graduate of Rhinebeck Central Schools. He was a talented professional painter and worked for several painting contractors including Hapeman Painting.
Bill was an avid fisherman, hunter and outdoorsman. As a youth he would fish every day in the Landsmankill Stocking Club and was the champion fisherman several times. He was a former member of the Neighbors Gun Club.
Bill was born July 13, 1966 in Rhinebeck to William H. DuBois and Lillian A. McCue.
Bill is survived by his father William H. Dubois (Roberta Dapson); his companion Marilyn O’Leary and her children Frankie Barone and Erik O’Leary; one grandchild Luka Barone; and many cousins.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Bill and Mary DuBois.
Memorial visitation will be Thursday, 5 to 7 PM, at the Dapson-Chestney Funeral Home, 51 W. Market St., Rhinebeck.
